Dance With You – New release from Violeta Bozanic
Violeta Bozanic has released two blockbuster singles this year that have signposted her for a big future. The Australian singer-songwriter from Sydney is a self-taught pianist and guitarist who was first discovered at the age of ten when she won Junior Talent Quest Australia, the first of many singing competitions she would go on to win. The following year she appeared on Australia’s Got Talent and went on to become a semi-finalist.
In 2018, at the age of 14, Violeta won the World Championship of Performing Arts Competition which was held in Los Angeles. The competition earned her a $20,000 recording contract. In June 2019 Violeta released her second single Jealous, a result of a collaboration with world-renowned Grammy award-winning producer Jeffrey Weber and co-written by Violeta with Dapo Torimiro (John Legend, Stevie Wonder, and Justin Bieber) and Troy Laureta (Ariana Grande, David Foster and JJ Lin). All I Need followed Jealous with both songs attracting huge support at radio, TV and across all the streaming sites.
Violeta’s latest is Dance With You, a natural progression from her previous releases. It’s the sound of global pop, with hints of RnB, hip hop, dance and straight out pop. The lyrics carry on Violetta’s insightful take on relationship dynamics, self-empowerment and individualism. But the song is fun. A tropical house feel sets the tone with Violeta’s expressive performance the main focus. The hooks are here too of course, with an arrangement that makes the most of the superb melodies and a refined production.
This is global pop created at a world standard and is sure to be the breakthrough hit for this incredibly gifted artist. Having amassed an amazing number of awards already this blossoming musician is now ready for the next level.
